UserA = me = assume UserA is on the receiving end of all files. Same problem exists whether "anyone in tenant with link can edit" or only "specific people". There are no sites, these are just individually owned files on individual's OneDrive pages - via web: right-click, share, type email.Įxternal sharing is disabled. Both domains are on the same Microsoft "Active Users" page. UserA cannot open some files shared with them by other contacts within the organization.Įxample: UserB shares Document.xlsx with UserA. Never in 17 years of using Google products have I ever experienced such a silly problem as this one. We just migrated from Google Workspace, as it's known now. Reseller Support (Sherweb) - totally useless no response for over a week then they close the ticket Microsoft Support - doesn't know anything, can't answer, just wants more and more screenshots and remote sessions and "we'll get back to you".
